Ciao!
I feel comfortable to suggest you http://www.lrc-components.it/ the web site is in Italian, but with google translator it will be easy to navigate, I know that they send worldwide. About the ignition coil, try to have a look here http://www.lrc-components.com/-compo...obine-complete I suggest http://www.lrc-components.com/-compo...?product_id=64, it's the most common on BZM's engines. I don't know the petrol company you have in Russia, but I know that the standards in Russia are litttle bit different than in Italy, you can use 96/98 octane fuel adding 3% of 100% sinthetic oil, the bests are Bardhal KXT or Motul 800.

thank you guys, i wrote an email to irc motors, hope they can help and send me the coil.
couple other questions. i noticed theres a hose going to the water pump on the right side of the bike. and theres this thing on top of the pump / \ - that shape, which i think should have another hose on it. and on the left side of the motor, under the bzm badge, theres yet another thing which suggests to have some hose there. ive taken pictures to make it more clear. when i put my spark plug in, i read on the box, that i should adjust some spark gap. how do i do it and how do i know which gap do i need? http://clip2net.com/s/27PLj http://clip2net.com/s/27PLC Ultima modifica di antonthe ; 17-07-12 a 14: 39 Motivo: post pics |

that is just the outlet of the pump and offcourse you need a hose to connet it to the inlet in the cylinder (the one you mentioned)...
while the about the spark gap, normally when it's new you got nothing to do... just tight it and it's fine, especially if you have a BZM head.. |

If standard configured next to the fuel tank near the steer, you should have a small tank.. That's for the coolant... Usually demineralized water, for race use normally all the other coolant are forbiden...

Usually, water-in is on the top-bottom of cylinder, now in your engine cold water-in is on bottom-left as some other engine.
Hot water-out is always on the top of cylinder, near the spark plug (you can use also B9EG, the "R" mean anti-interference construction system) This photos can help you: cold water come from top of the pump to side of cylinder ![]() ![]() ![]() Using 2,5-3% of Bardhal KXT or Motul 800 in your fuel is always correct, more than 3% is not necessary, less then 2% is not reccomended.

Hey guys, thanks for your help. I finally got the ignition coil, after 3 months) been busy actually(
So now i put it all together, and test drove it yesterday. Scary as hell, very fast) And i now have more questions. I noticed idle rpm is very unstable, like it starts slow, and builds up, wheel starts spinning, and the bike is going by itself if i put the wheel down. Also, theres alot of vibration ti the bike, actually feels uncomfortable to hold it Any clues? |
