Usually, water-in is on the top-bottom of cylinder, now in your engine cold water-in is on bottom-left as some other engine.
Hot water-out is always on the top of cylinder, near the spark plug (you can use also B9EG, the "R" mean anti-interference construction system)

Using 2,5-3% of Bardhal KXT or Motul 800 in your fuel is always correct, more than 3% is not necessary, less then 2% is not reccomended.
