Here in Italy, expecially to Rome, we have got a lot of Lucky7 bike with Piaggio/ZIP, Minarelli or BZM 40mm (50cc) air coled, but carter are some Bluebird model made in China.
Aircooling is better than watercooling because they haven't continuos maintenance at O-ring, radiator etc..

Lucky7 frame is an old ZPF replica, very strong but so heavy. It's no more expensive and it is indicate for a lot of kind homemade work...
