1. ANNOUNCEMENT

The DMV – Deutscher Motorsport Verband e.V. on behalf of the DMSB – Deutscher Motor Sport Bund e.V. will organise the UEM European Championship Mini Road Racing at the circuit VOGELSBERGRING in Wittgenborn, Germany.

This event will be held on: 29th July to 1st August 2010.

3. CIRCUIT

The length of the circuit is: 728 m for Mini Moto
1.038 m for Mini GP

All races will be run anti-clockwise. Drawings of the circuit are enclosed.
4. JURISDICTION

This event will be held in accordance with the UEM Sporting Code, the UEM Road Racing rules, the UEM Mini Road Racing rules (RR06) and these Supplementary Regulations.

6. CATEGORIES AND CLASSES

The following classes are part of the event:

7. NUMBER OF RIDERS ALLOWED

The maximum number of riders allowed will be as follows:

practice race
Mini Moto 24 24
Mini GP 20 20


8. ENTRIES AND ENTRY FEE

Applications for entry must be made on the official entry form. Applications must be approved by the rider's FMN and must reach the organiser before 15th July 2010 midnight. Applications after this date must pay € 50,- extra entry fee per rider and can be refused.

The organiser will select the applications and advise riders within 72 hours after the closing date of entries whether their applications have been accepted or rejected (by publishing the entry list on www.mini-road-racing.eu).

Riders must be in possession of a valid One-Year or One-Event UEM Promo Sport licence and an approval of their FMN.

The entry fee for this EC Mini Road Racing Event is € 200,- per rider and per class.
All entry fees must be paid at the circuit.

The amount for the paddock facilities incl. electricity, water (with toilets/showers) and waste (no tyres or oil) is € 35,- per rider for the whole event.

9. TECHNICAL INSPECTION

With exception of Thursday, no rider or machine is permitted onto the track unless he/it has passed the technical safety inspections. The official technical inspections will be held, as much as possible, according to the following schedule:

Thursday 29th July 2010
Junior B 09:00 - 10:00
Mini GP 50 10:00 - 11:00
Junior A 11:00 - 12:00
Mini GP 70 13:00 - 14:00
Senior Open 50 14:00 - 15:00
Mini GP 100 16:00 - 17:00
Senior Open 40 17:00 - 18:00

During these inspections the helmet and clothing must be presented for inspection.

NOTE for the Mini GP 100: These motorcycles must have only original parts. All these original parts may not be modified and must stay as original.


10. PRACTISING

Supplementary free practices (no part of this event) will be organised on Wednesday 28th July 2010 from 8:30 till 18:00. The price for these additional practices is € 45,- per rider and per class. The schedule will be as much as possible similar to Thursday.

It is strictly forbidden to ride machines on the circuit outside the official practice periods!

The practice sessions will be according to the enclosed schedule.

11. RIDERS BRIEFING

A compulsory briefing will be held on Friday 30th July 2010 at 8:30 in the restaurant.
All riders must be present. Minors must be accompanied by one parent, guardian or team manager.

12. RACES: SCHEDULES AND DISTANCES

See enclosed schedule.

13. OPENING CEREMONY

The official opening ceremony with all riders will take place on Sunday 1st August 2010 at 10:15. All riders shall gather in the pit lane with a national flag in front of each group.

14. PRIZES

Prize-giving ceremony will be held immediately after each race with the first three qualified riders at the podium. The final prize-giving ceremony for the European Championship will be held on Sunday 1st August 2010 at 16:00 at the podium.

15. PROTESTS

All protests must be made in accordance with the requirements of the UEM Disciplinary and Arbitration Code and be accompanied by a fee of € 130,-.

16. FUEL

There is no fuel supplier in the paddock.


17. INSURANCE

By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider (or passenger) is insured in accordance with the UEM requirements.

In conformity with Art. 110.1 of the Sporting Code, third party insurance in respect of riders and passengers covering accidents occurring during the event including practices will be the responsibility of the organiser.

This insurance includes a guarantee of € 170.000.

The organiser disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.

18. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES

Apart from the requirements of the UEM Sporting Code, riders and passengers by participating, renounce all rights of appeal against the organiser, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the UEM Sporting Code for any damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organiser, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions.

Trattasi di una gara non nazionale... infatti è il Campionato Europeo e quindi la lingua unanimamente riconosciuta è l'inglese....forse sarebbe meglio imparare qualcosa in più a scuola?!

allora il numero di fax per l'iscrizione è 00496053600182 il modulo è quello con illogo uem blu in alto a sinistra quello utilizzato anche lo scorso anno, io l'ho in pdf non so se qui si possa allegare, per il pagamento si fa direttamente in pista all'atto della regolarizzazione:si:
