Polini Scooterino Bzm 50cc

Hello everyone!!

My name is Mario and i live in Spain. I have minimotos since 2006 and always wanted a Scooterino but never had the chance to buy one until this year.
I wanted a fun bike so i decided to dress her with a Polini-BZM 50cc engine with Cs racing exhaust. Also needed a better ride and i managed to fit a Blata elite front end, BMS cnc wheels, wider handlebar (+14cm)....

I know that it needs a paint job but it looks great for me, what do you think?

The engine is to much for this bike but you can enjoy it! :si:

You are right, the engine has too much power and wheelies a lot. At first thought that with the extra weight in the front end it will correct that, but i couldn't be more wrong :rotfl:

Now a picture of the frame before fitting the new engine

hello mario, great job! sorry if I go off topic, how is the situation of the minibike and tracks in spain? you have your production models? It is a curiosity as I'd like to relocate to Spain

Thanks to all, i'm glad you like the bike.

2nemini, there are plenty of tracks to ride but depends in wich part of spain you are gonna live, i live near Valencia and there are many tracks to choose. There is still people riding minimotos here, but i don't know in other areas.
From what i know there is no spanish minimoto manufacturer, there was some workshops that made exhaust pipes and some other parts but i don't know if they are still working.

compliments
have two years I'm looking for a mini scooter polini

synco 23-04-16 11: 53

Thanks Ford#849

If you really want it don't stop searching, sure you will find one! It's worth the money and the time spended tuning the bike, it's very fun and very confortable to ride.
One important thing to do is making the handlebar wider, it's not good as it is, steering is very nervous. The rest of the things you could modify it's up to you.
