Hello, I was hoping someone has used one of these, how did you mount it. please post pics. I want to install it on a Grc rr.

Hello, is used as the plastic version, this race bottle has a hose to be connected to the radiator for easy filling! this will need to connect the hose to the small connector of the bottle and to purge the radiator usually find at the top right of the radiator! you can use a simple fuel line!:si:

hello, thank you, I understand how it works. I should of ask this a little better. the mounting holes are different on a Grc. it seems that this were made for DM mounting?. I need to make a new bracket for it to mount properly on a Grc. this is what I would like to see if some has done this yet.

yes that one is ment to fit on a dm... grc bottle is different, even concearning the fitting... so you have to make your own a plate to fit this... i mount this on an ultima using 2 rivets, an L shape aluminum profile and some patience...

Sbragone says right! to mount grc, do you have a support again! you can change the distance between the original holes of the race bottle! good job you have to do;-)

I have another question on new 28mm forks. I have hydraulic brakes that were design by Lollo when he owned Lrc. I want to put on the new forks from grc. but the triple trees are wider what spacers/parts do I need. here is a picture of the brakes I have.

By the pic it seems that is a 25 fork... By the way in a 28 fork, because you have sn RR, should be enough, change the hub or put a spacer between the disc and the hub... To be sure of what to do, you simply have to check the total with of the hub...

Still, what do you mean by triple trees??

in the usa we call them triple tree. 112.195.40PIASTRA FORCELLA SUPERIORE D.28 LARGA L.190 (ROSSA) if these are 190mm long? the e 25mm are 180mm? is this correct? if the longer hub is 94mm and the standard is 90mm. do I also need new spacer if I do not use the longer hub?

I would like to order all parts at once from Pitlane but I want make sure which parts I need. their are really no more dealers here in the USA. racing is minimal now I would like to update my grc rr. with newer parts.

to tell the truth, i'm not that familiar with GRC.. anyway i can say that for sure exists just a size of triple tree, so if you want to buy a pair of 28 front fork, i sugget to buy the whole set (triple trees, forks, wheel axle, supports for hand bars and so on..) since this includes everything you may need.. than talking about the hub, you should have the 94mm because of the hydraulic brake, so you should be fine like this.. just buying the front fork set... because if i'm not wrong the spacer are same, since they follow the hub and not the fork... pitlane (still lollo) should give you all the info you need..
