2500 euro? are you sure it wouldn't have been better a polini or whatever like that?!? i think 2500 euro are too much but it remains a great job!! i think everybody would want a bike like your bike

Yes, when i look at all the costs and the time of building the bike, it would be better to buy a GRC, Polini, DM or something like that.

The nice thing about my bike is, thats it is build of nothing ! So you buy some materials, and go building.

Everything whats on the frame, is home-made, that makes the bike special.

AND..... i`m curious witch fabric bike can go as fast as my bike :cool:

I'm sure none can be fast like your bike and I understand what means a bike "customized" by ourself... it remains a great job because it is something you built but for people who uses mini-bikes just to have fun 2500 euro ar too much.. bye

Nice thing to know:

In Holland, we have a special Class / Cup, its called: "De Zelfbouw Klasse", were all the bikes races, witch are home-made. It`s the Cup with the fastest bikes.. and it`s very nice to race there.

Hello, I have noticed these minibike! They are too much beautiful! but I do not understand one what. Piaggio is motor for scooter? and then the chassis has been made by hand or is born therefore?

The engine/motor is from a Piaggio scooter

En than, you make the whole engine, with the original parts of BZM/Polini, and make a small and fast engine.

Than you can make the frame/chassis around the engine.

So:
First, the engine, the exhaust, and all the other parts, and at last you can make the frame/chassis

- Cylindro Malossi 70cc: 240euri
- 16mm Dellorto: 60e
- Exhaust special made: 180e
- Krankshaft Malossi RHQ: 160e
- Frizione BZM: 150e
- Ignition HPI 2006: 140e
- Reed-valve and Intake malossi: 100e

Total:1030e.

Wheels / frame and rest: about 1500e.

But it`s fast :)
